PEACH TOMATO BURRATA SALAD INGREDIENTS
Tomatoes. Heirloom tomatoes are my favorite type to use for salads!
Peaches. Make sure to use ripe and soft peaches.
Fresh basil
Burrata cheese
This simple burrata with tomato and basil salad is the perfect side dish for any summer gatherings. It’s tossed with a simple vinaigrette and finished off with flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. I love to serve it with a grilled sourdough bread! This salad is best enjoyed the day it’s made. I don’t recommend storing leftovers. You probably won’t have any anyway!
