Cherry Goat Cheese Bruschetta. Such a tasty twist on a traditional bruschetta recipe! Delicious and super quick to make summer appetizer that you and your guests will love!

This bruschetta recipe makes such a great appetizer for your next BBQ, summer party or picnic! Honestly I could easily have this with my morning coffee too!

These cherries were perfectly ripe, juicy and sweet! I will be going back soon to get more cherries for some summer recipes! I also got a multigrain baguette in their bakery section and a honey goat cheese which is SO GOOD.CHERRY GOAT CHEESE BRUSCHETTA INGREDIENTS
fresh baguette
honey goat cheese
fresh cherries
extra virgin olive oil
fresh mint
fresh basil

HOW TO MAKE BRUSCHETTA WITH GOAT CHEESE AND CHERRY SALSA
Start with toasting the sliced baguette. I love to drizzle each slide with a little extra virgin olive oil and throw on a grill for a couple of minutes each side, until beautifully toasted and crunchy. You can also do it in the oven!
I used a honey goat cheese that I got at Sprouts. If you’re unable to get it, stir in some honey into a regular goat cheese! Make sure to soften goat cheese to a room temperature before serving.
CHERRY SALSA
Cherry salsa is the most simple thing to make ever. It’s fresh and made with just a few ingredients. You really get all the flavor from perfectly ripe and juicy cherries!
WHAT YOU NEED
fresh cherries
extra virgin olive oil
fresh basil and mint
Simply toss all the ingredients together and set aside. Spread goat cheese over toasted baguette, top with cherry salsa, fresh herbs and drizzle with honey!
