I love baking, and I find it very special and fun during the holiday season! But since there is always an event to host or attend, I simply don’t feel like spending hours in the kitchen. Simple Mills Brownie Mix makes it convenient even on a time crunch to deliver wholesome and delicious desserts! Today I’m bringing you chewy brownie bites made with Simple Mills Almond Flour Brownie Mix and topped with chocolate Simple Mills Frosting. I picked up the brownie mix and chocolate frosting at my local Target!
EASY AND HEALTHY BAKING DURING HOLIDAY SEASON

I made these brownie bites using Simple Mills Brownie Mix that’s made with almond flour and naturally sweetened with coconut sugar.
CHEWY BROWNIE BITES INGREDIENTS
Simple Mills Brownie Mix
Oil (avocado, extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil work great)
Eggs
Water
HOW TO MAKE BROWNIE BITES
Simply whisk all four ingredients together, divide the batter between prepared mini cupcake tins and bake! It can’t get any easier than that.
HOW LONG TO BAKE BROWNIE BITES
Bake the brownie bites for about 12 minutes, until puffed up on top but still soft to the touch, Then, let them cool off.
When the brownie bites are cooled, prepare the frosting!

Before piping the frosting onto the brownie bites, make sure to bring it to room temperature.

Ingredients
1 box Simple Mills® Brownie Mix
1/2 cup oil (avocado, extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil work great)
2 eggs
3 tbsp water
Simple Mills® Chocolate frosting, room temperature
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F. Spray a mini cupcake pan with oil or line up with paper liners.Â
- Whisk oil, eggs and water. Add in the brownie mix, and stir until well combined.Â
- divide the batter between prepared mini cupcake tins and bake for about 12Â minutes, until puffed up on top but still soft to the touch. Let them cool off.
- Place the chocolate frosting into a piping bag and pipe onto the brownie bites.
