Fresh raspberries, old-fashioned oatmeal, chia seeds and almond milk make the most delicious Collagen Raspberry Overnight Oatmeal. Amazingly creamy, rich, nutritious and bursting with raspberry flavor. Exactly what you need to start the day! All you have to do is throw all of the ingredients into a blender, blend for 30 seconds and let it sit for minimum of 2 hours to overnight!
It’s not a secret that I love oatmeal. In fact, I make it almost every single day for breakfast. They’re definitely a stample at our house! I prefer to enjoy a bowl of oats with a cup of coffee. However, if I don’t have much time in the morning, I like to prepare them a night before and take them to go.
Summer is my favorite time of the year because of all the delicious fruits it has to offer. As you probably noticed on my Instagram, I’ve been making a lot of different recipes, from sweet to savory using fresh summer fruits. My recent obsession has been mixing seasonal fruits into oatmeal! I’ve made this recipe pretty much everyday since last week, so I decided that it’s time to finally photograph it and share the recipe with you!
So just to let you know, this is probably the easiest oatmeal recipe you’ll ever make. What’s more, this Collagen Raspberry Overnight Oatmeal is the perfect summer breakfast since there’s no cooking involved! I bet the ingredients you need are probably already in your kitchen! You can use either fresh or frozen and thawed raspberries or any berries you’d like! I tried a blueberry version, and it turned out amazing as well! For a boost of nutrients and flavor I added a beauty collagen. It’s a natural raspberry flavored combination of Peptan Marine Collagen, vitamin C, biotin, iron copper and many more. Beside all that good stuff, it just tastes so good!
