EASY HOMEMADE YOGURT BAGELS INGREDIENTS

Flour. You can use organic all-purpose, whole wheat or einkorn

Greek yogurt. I like to use a full fat greek yogurt.

Honey or maple syrup
-
Baking soda
-
Everything bagel seasoning)
-
Sea salt

HOW TO MAKE HEALTHIER AND EASY BAGELS AT HOME
Start with preheating the oven and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add yogurt and honey. Stir with a spatula until sticky ball forms.
Knead for a couple of minutes until the dough doesn’t stick to your hands as much.
Divide the ball into 4 equal balls. Roll each ball into a thick rope and then join the ends to form a bagel.
Brush the top of bagels with beaten egg and sprinkle with bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or seasoning of choice.
Transfer the bagels to the oven and bake until golden brown.

Ingredients
1 cup flour, organic all-purpose, white whole wheat or einkorn
1 cup greek yogurt
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp sea salt
1 egg, beaten
bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or seasoning of choice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add yogurt, honey and stir with a spatula until sticky ball forms.
Transfer the ball to a lightly floured surface. Knead for a couple of minutes until the dough doesn’t stick to your hands as much. Divide the ball into 4 equal balls. Roll each ball into a thick rope and then join the ends to form a bagel.
Brush the top of bagels with beaten egg and sprinkle with bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or seasoning of choice.
Transfer the bagels to the oven and bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool.
