What’s for breakfast? How about some easy to make, delicious and healthy homemade waffles! It has been too long since I’ve posted waffles here. Crispy waffles topped with fresh fruit are what dreams are made of. Isn’t that right? Join me to see how I made these Easy Oatmeal Waffles. Made gluten-free and from wholesome ingredients. They will become your new go-to breakfast recipe!
There are two things required to make this recipe. First, and obvious – waffle maker. I own this exact one because it’s affordable and it does its job! Second, the maple syrup. Waffle nooks aren’t there for no reason. They have to be filled out with a real-deal maple syrup. Not that fake crap. If you didn’t know, natural maple syrup has antioxidant properties and contains beneficial nutrients like zinc, calcium and more. It’s a little pricey but SO worth it!
These Easy Oatmeal Waffles aren’t just called easy. They’re really simple to make! The first and main ingredient is my favorite flour of all – oatmeal flour. I mentioned more about it in this post featuring Oatmeal Peach Cake. If you haven’t made your own yet, go ahead and see how easy it is!
