LOW CARB SUGAR FREE BAKING DURING HOLIDAY
Refined flour doesn’t contain any nutrition, or fiber, plus it’s packed with tons of gluten and tends to spike your blood sugar. Using gluten-free flour in baking will give you more energy and will make your tummy feel better afterwards! My favorite is a combination of almond and tapioca flour. The almond flour gives flavor and richness, The tapioca starch adds lightness in texture!
Cut down on sugar by using natural sweeteners.

HOW TO MAKE GLUTEN-FREE CHOCOLATE DONUTS
The recipe is very simple and the donut batter comes together in just minutes! Simply combine dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Then mix them all together and fold in Lily’s Sweets chopped chocolate bar. To transfer it into a donut pan, pour the batter into a large ziplock bag or pastry bag and pipe it into the donut cavities. Such an easy and quick way!! Bake the donuts for bout 20 minutes, let them cool for a few minutes and take out of pan!
SUGAR-FREE CHOCOLATE GANACHE
Melting chocolate over the stove is as easy as using a microwave but it makes the chocolate much smoother! The low heat helps transform the chocolate into a creamy and shiny ganache.
BEST WAY TO MELT CHOCOLATE CHIPS
Place chocolate chips in heat-proof bowl. Transfer it to a sauce pan with about an inch of simmering water. Make sure the water doesn’t touch the bottom of the bowl. Stir chocolate as it softens. Add a little bit of coconut oil to thin out the consistency if desired. Remove from heat.
SMORE’S GLUTEN-FREE CHOCOLATE DONUTS TOPPINGS
To top off the donuts, sprinkle them with ground almonds instead of graham crackers. Then add a piece of Lily’s Sweets Chocolate Bar and a marshmallow. Toast the marshmallows right before serving using a kitchen torch! Don’t forget to find Lily’s Sweets at your local Publix now!
