It’s a great alternative to peanut butter, as it gives the same taste but much less calories and fats. Don’t get me wrong, the regular peanut butter is packed with all the healthy fats that we need and we definitely shouldn’t avoid it. What’s more, who doesn’t love peanut butter?!
This beautiful and healthy peanut butter banana bread is made with combination of oatmeal, buckwheat and rye flour. Very ripe bananas are sweet enough, so you don’t need any additional sweetener. Don’t forget to some fresh blueberries. It will add an extra sweetness and flavor! You can enjoy this banana loaf for a breakfast or snack.
