HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY ARTICHOKE DIPPING SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
Spinach – frozen spinach is the best to use. Let it thaw, squeeze the excess of water. If using fresh spinach, chop it roughly and add to the dip. The heat will help it to wilt!
Greek yogurt – it’s such a great and healthier substitution for cream cheese and mayo!
Sour cream – it adds such a delicious tangy taste!
Artichokes – Drain the artichokes and chop them roughly.
Garlic
Cheese, Use raw cheddar or mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese
My favorite thing about this spinach artichoke dip is that it’s so easy and quick to make! simple mix all the ingredients together, transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake it until warm and cheese is melted.
