This Healthy Spinach Artichoke Dip is the perfect appetizer to make for a crowd! It’s made healthier without cream cheese and mayo but still so delicious!
Ingredients

4 oz spinach, thawed
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream
8 oz artichokes, roughly chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup raw cheddar, shredded
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
salt, black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Thaw frozen spinach and squeeze out excess of water.
- In a medium bowl mix, yogurt, sour cream, artichokes, garlic, cheeses, season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a small baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
