Isn’t chili the most comforting dish you can ever have?! This Healthy Turkey Chili is thick, rich and super addicting. Made with lean ground turkey meat, black beans, corn, topped with avocado, yogurt and tortilla chips. It’s perfectly spiced and super easy to make! Honestly, I am obsessed.
I need to admit that this is one of my favorite dinner and lunch recipes ever, and I make it really often for a few reasons:
- This dish comes together in under an hour.
- It’s really filling!
- It will satisfy all of your weeknight cravings.
- It’s packed with full of protein black beans, turkey and other only real ingredients!
- You get to have a lot of leftovers! (My favorite)
If you like your chili more spicy, I recommend you add a little more chili flakes. I like to top my chili with a low fat greek yogurt, tortilla chips, squeeze of fresh lime and avocado. Lots of avocado. Feel free to add some of your favorites, like shredded cheese, sour cream etc.
