Golden Iced Turmeric Latte has been on my to-do list for a long time. No idea why I waited so long! This cold golden milk drink is the perfect refreshing beverage. Especially during hot summer days!
Turmeric is extremely effective anti-inflammatory, high in antioxidants nutritional supplement. You can simply incorporate it in your diet by adding just a few dashes to anything you make. If you haven’t really tried the spice before, I advice you to start small and increase the amount slowly. This way, you can get used to the taste!
This is probably the easiest drink you will ever make. All you need to do is combine homemade or store-bought nut milk and turmeric along with other spices and sweetener. Then, just blend it until smooth and frothy! Pour it over crushed ice and add more milk for a little more “fancy” look.
If you’re trying to reduce your coffee intake or just cool off, this Iced Turmeric Latte is exactly what you need. You can go ahead and make double or tripe the amount and keep it in the fridge for whenever you crave it!

Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp freshly grated ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of pink salt
1 cup ice for serving
Instructions
In a blender, combine milk, turmeric, maple syrup, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and pink salt. Blend for about 1-2 minutes until smooth and frothy.
Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour over the turmeric milk. Pour some more almond milk if desired. Drink or keep in the fridge.
