Who doesn’t love Thanksgiving leftovers? After all the work you put into preparing all the dishes, you can finally relax and enjoy it! Let’s put these leftovers to a good use and make this delicious turkey cranberry sandwich. I recently discovered this croissant bread at my local Sprouts and I’m obsessed. Each decadent loaf is made with care, using real butter and lots of delicate, tender, flaky layers. Free from artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. EASY THANKSGIVING LEFTOVER SANDWICH INGREDIENTS
Croissant bread
Dijon mustard
Cheese
Cranberry sauce
Leftover turkey
Greens
Spread mustard on both slices of cheese and layer all the ingredients. You can serve this as a cold sandwich or toast it on a cast iron pan or panini press and serve warm!

These Leftover Turkey Cranberry Panini are such a great way to use up those Thanksgiving leftovers! Flaky croissant bread is stuffed with sliced turkey, cranberry sauce, cheese and some greens.
Ingredients

2 slices of croissant bread
2 tsp dijon mustard, dived
1 slice of cheese
2 tbsp cranberry sauce
1/2 cup leftover turkey, sliced
small handful of greens
1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Heat butter on cast iron or grill skillet until melted.
- Spread mustard on both slices of bread. Layer cheese, turkey, cranberry sauce and greens. Top with remaining slice.
- Place on a skillet, press with spatula and cook each side for 2-3 minutes until cheese has melted and bread lightly browned.
