No Bake Raw Paleo Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Organic Crunchy Power Fuel NuttZo (Paleo)
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut + extra for rolling
- 2 tbsp agave syrup or honey
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- pinch of pink himalayan salt
Instructions
- Place nuttzo butter, almond flour, shredded coconut, agave syrup, almond extract, chopped almonds and pinch of pink salt in a bowl.
- Mix until combined.
- Scoop the dough by heaping tablespoons, then roll between your hands to form balls.
- Gently roll the balls in the extra shredded coconut.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
