Gluten Free Peanut Butter Blondie Bars… Where do I even start? They’re made gluten-free and refined sugar-free. Stuffed with sugar-free chocolate chunks, peanut butter cups and salted pretzels. If you’re in need of a quick and a bit unique dessert this is exactly what you need!
Imagine all you favorite goodies; chocolate chunks, peanut butter cups and pretzels combined all together. Plus the bars are so moist thanks to peanut butter and maple syrup. You won’t be able to stop eating them which is totally fine, because they’re made with all the good stuff!

BEST SUGAR-FREE CHOCOLATE BLONDIE BARS
The most important ingredient in any bar recipe is probably chocolate. Today I’m using my absolutely favorite sugar-free Lily’s chocolate! They make different types of chocolate, baking chips, peanut butter cups and chocolate covered nuts. I’ve tried it all and everything tastes amazing. You won’t be able to believe that it’s sugar-free! This post is not sponsored at all, I just love their chocolate so much!!
BEST GLUTEN-FREE PRETZELS
The pretzels add such a nice little crunch and the sweet & salty combination is just everything. If gluten free, these are the pretzels that I love!
