This Strawberry Beet and Pomegranate Smoothie Bowl is a nutrient bomb. Made with raw beet, strawberries, pomegranate seeds, banana and camu camu powder (read this post where I mentioned the benefits of this superfood).
Beets are quite earthy, and you can either love or hate them. They’re honestly not my favorite to eat, but I love adding them to my smoothies, juices, or even baking goods! Beets are extremely healthy for you. They have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties + they’re full of healthy nutrients.
Whether you’re going to make it for breakfast or snack you will love it! This smoothie bowl will leave you refreshed and energized.
