Prosecco with Cranberry Juice is a very easy holiday inspired cocktail. Made with tangy cranberry juice, prosecco and sweetened with agave syrup. You and your guests will love it!
Can you believe it’s almost Christmas? It’s time to wrap up the rest of the gifts, slowly get done with all of the baking, and prepare the most delicious cocktail. If you’re looking for something festive, beautifully red and easy to make, this prosecco with cranberry juice is what you need to make. Three ingredients is all you need!
These cranberry prosecco cocktails start with chilled prosecco. Feel free to add as much as you’d like! Since I’m not big fan of very sweet drinks I used unsweetened cranberry juice and sweetened it lightly with agave syrup. However, feel free to add sweetener if you prefer it sweeter!

Ingredients
1 cup Prosecco
1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
2-3 tbsp agave syrup or to taste
Garnish:
cranberries
rosemary
Instructions
- Combine the cranberry juice and agave syrup in a cocktail shaker or blender. Divide between glasses.
- Pour over the prosecco.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries and rosemary. Serve immediately.
