Roasted Grapes and Goat Cheese Crostini . Sweet, savory and bursting with so much flavor. The most perfect appetizer for your next gathering!
No need to stock up on candy, when nature’s done it for you! Sweet and juicy, these Gum Drop grapes are the perfect, natural treat. As you may know, shopping at Sprouts is my favorite! Their produce never disappoints. It’s always fresh, priced very affordable and you can always find some unique and specialty produce items. This time, I picked up all the ingredients I needed to make this roasted grapes crostini with goat cheese! Fresh baguette from the bakery section, creamy goat cheese and sweet and juicy grapes. This whole combination is just amazing! Get ready. You will want to make this over and over again!
These grapes already taste amazing but when roasted, the taste and sweetness deepens even more!
HOW TO ROAST GRAPES
My absolute favorite way is to pan “roast” them. It’s such an easy and quick way that will save you so much time! Simply heat up the pan with extra virgin olive oil, add grapes and thyme. Cook for about 6-7 until grapes begin to soften.
For the oven option, preheat the oven to 400F and toss the grapes with olive oil and thyme. Roast for about 30-35 minutes.
HOW TO MAKE WHIPPED GOAT CHEESE
You can make whipped goat cheese using an electric mixer or food processor. If using an electric mixer, place goat cheese, honey and milk in a medium bowl and mix until light and fluffy, for about 2 minutes. For the food processor, combine all the ingredients and pulse several times.
