Description
Roasted Turmeric Cauliflower Bites are roasted to perfection and filled with warm and rich flavors of turmeric and cumin. The roasted cauliflower is served with Vegan Chipotle Aioli and make such a great appetizer and snack. You can also add it to tacos, rice bowls or sandwiches!

ROASTED CAULIFLOWER
1 cauliflower head (about 1 1/2 to 2 pounds)
3 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp pink salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut cauliflower into florets and place it in a large bowl.
- Add oil, turmeric, cumin, salt and pepper and toss to combine. Spread cauliflower out in an even layer so the florets aren’t touching.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown, stirring once.
- Serve immediately or let it cool and transfer to an air tight container. Serve with vegan chipotle aioli.
