Now you can get a taste of the tropics by making this refreshing and delicious Tropical Smoothie Bowl at your own home!
This post has been sponsored by my friends over at Sprouts. All thoughts and opinions are my own!
While many of us may not be able to get away for a beach vacation this year, you can still get a taste of the tropics! This tropical smoothie is made and topped with a variety of tropical fruits that I found at my local Sprouts. From everyone’s favorites such as pineapples, coconuts and kiwis you can find there unique fruits such as kiwano melons, starfruit, cherimoya and so much more! Shopping for produce at Sprouts is truly my favorite. It’s always fresh and affordable!
HOW TO MAKE A TROPICAL SMOOTHIE BOWL
You will need these ingredients to make it:
papaya – you can substitute with more mango or pineapple
mango,
blueberries
pineapple
plant based milk
ice cubes
To make it, place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve in a papaya or a regular bowl! Top with extra fruit.
To make this smoothie extra nutritious I blended the fruits with Four Sigmatic Reishi Elixir. Reishi is known as the “queen of mushrooms” and one of the most important benefits is that it helps to boost your immune system! I love that you can buy single packets at Sprouts!
