Description

This Goat Cheese Pesto Pizza is such a delicious twist on traditional pizza. The crust is topped with pesto, goat cheese, mozzarella and cherry tomatoes. So much flavor!


Ingredients

1 14″ pizza crust

1 1/22 cup cherry tomatoes

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup pesto

1/3 cup goat cheese, softened

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Grease a large baking sheet with olive oil.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss together the tomatoes with a drizzle of olive oil and pinch of salt.
  3. Assemble the pizza. Spread pesto, goat cheese, mozzarella and tomatoes.  Roast for 13-15 minutes until cheese is melted and tomatoes are bursting.
