Perfectly grilled salmon topped with avocado mango salsa and served with rice is such an easy and healthy dinner recipe! It comes together in less than 30 minutes and it’s perfect to make any day of the week!
Grilling season is one of my favorite because it makes dinner time so much easier and faster too. This grilled salmon recipe is one of my favorites to make. I picked up fresh salmon and the rest of ingrediets at my local Sprouts. Sprouts offers 100% sustainably sourced seafood. When you shop sustainably sourced seafood, you’re supporting fisheries who reduce the pressure on our ecosystems caused by overfishing and habitat-damaging fishing methods.
HOW TO GRILL SALMON
First preheat the grill to 450-500 degrees F and brush clean the grates.
Brush salmon fillets with oil on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
Place fillets directly on the grill grates, skin side up, close the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes until easy to flip without sticking. Flip and cook for additional 5-6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145F. Transfer to a plate and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.
