These Spicy Shrimp Tacos with Harissa and Cabbage Cilantro Lime Slaw are loaded with so much flavor! They’re ready in just 30 minutes and make the perfect weeknight dinner.

8 tortillas
1 cup greek yogurt
1 tbsp avocado or evoo oil
1/4 cup cilantro tightly packed, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
juice of one lime
3 cups white cabbage, chopped
salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare grilled shrimp according to the recipe.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl place mix yogurt, oil, cilantro, garlic, lime, salt and pepper. In another bowl put shredded cabbage and yogurt sauce reserving 1/3 cup of the sauce for later.
- Warm up tortillas on a gas burner or in the microwave. Assemble the tacos. Place slaw, shrimp and drizzle with a little bit of yogurt sauce. Serve with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
