Description

This Sun Dried Tomato Pizza is made with sun dried tomato pesto, topped with feta, mozzarella cheese and served with arugula. It’s easy, quick to make and delicious! 


Ingredients

Scale

1 pizza crust

1/2 sun dried tomato pesto 

1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup arugula

lemon (optional)


Instructions

  1. If making homemade pizza dough, follow the instructions here.
  2. Make the pesto by combing all the ingredients in a food processor. Spread pesto over pizza dough. Top with mozzarella and feta cheese.
  3. Bake until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown, about 6-8 minutes (frozen crust) 12-14 minutes (fresh crust).
  4. Toss arugula with lemon juice and serve over pizza.
