Popsicles are my favorite summer treats. They’re super easy to make, refreshing and can be made healthy too! Plus there are endless amounts of different flavor variations. You can use any fruit to make them!
Today I’m bringing you a classic and my hubbys favorite flavor – peaches and cream. They’re not just regular peaches and cream popsicles though. These are made completely dairy-free and naturally sweetened. Plus they’re made with only 4 ingredients. Yes, that’s it!! You can skip on raspberries if you’d like too. All you need to follow a few easy steps to make them!
HOW TO MAKE VEGAN PEACHES AND CREAM POPSICLES:
- Slice one peach and blend remaining peaches, coconut milk and agave syrup using high-speed blender or food processor.
- Place one slice of a peach and couple of raspberries in each popsicle mold. Then, pour the coconut peach mixture into popsicle molds. Put the plastic top and insert wooden popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least 4-5 hours.
- Once you’re ready to pop out the popsicles, rinse off the popsicle molds with warm water all around and then gently remove the popsicles. ENJOY!
I use this popsicle mold to make my popsicles. I found it to be the most affordable one too! This recipe makes 10-12 popsicles depending on how much fruit you put into popsicle molds.
