This healthy fruit pizza makes the perfect, not too sweet summer dessert or appetizer. Labor Day is right around the corner and I love to create unique desserts – so I stopped by my local Sprouts for some inspiration! I picked up pizza crust, goat cheese and organic Sungold Yellow Kiwis. These kiwis are high in vitamin C and antioxidants, with an irresistibly sweet, juicy flavor. That’w how this grilled dessert pizza was created! Shopping at Sprouts is my favorite because their produce is always fresh and affordable!
This fruit pizza is made without cream cheese but with my favorite thing ever – whipped goat cheese.
HOW TO MAKE WHIPPED GOAT CHEESE
You can make whipped goat cheese using an electric mixer or food processor. If using an electric mixer, place goat cheese, honey and milk in a medium bowl and mix until light and fluffy, for about 2 minutes. For the food processor, combine all the ingredients and pulse several times.

Ingredients

1 x 12″ pizza crust/flatbread
3 gold kiwis, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp pistachios, chopped
honey to drizzle
fresh mint, chopped
WHIPPED GOAT CHEESE
5 oz goat cheese
3 tbsp milk of choice
2 tsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates lightly. Place the crust on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear. Flip and cook for additional minute.
- Meanwhile, make the whipped goat cheese. Mix goat cheese, milk and honey using electrical mixer or food processor. Spread it on cooked pizza crust, top with sliced kiwis, chopped pistachios, mint and drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.
